Practitioner Use & Acknowledgment

This computerized tool is intended for use by qualified practitioners as an aid in client intake and essential-oil formula development.

The tool was developed by Inbar Bareket, a clinical aromatherapist. Formulas are generated automatically by a computerized engine, and professional judgment and responsibility remain with the practitioner. They are not individually reviewed or approved by Inbar Bareket before being provided. This tool does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, provide medical advice, or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Practitioners are responsible for determining whether a formula is appropriate for each client and for its proper dilution, application, and use.

If a client is pregnant or breastfeeding, is a child, has epilepsy or a chronic medical condition, or takes medication, consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional is recommended before use.

Essential oils are for external use only and must be appropriately diluted. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children. Patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Use of this tool and any formulas it generates is at the practitioner’s professional discretion and responsibility. Each practitioner is responsible for ensuring that use of the tool is within their qualifications and scope of practice and is covered by their professional liability insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbar Bareket and White Window Art are not responsible for loss, injury, adverse reactions, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the tool or its generated formulas.

Governing Law

These terms and the use of the tool are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

Jurisdiction

The courts of competent jurisdiction in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or to the use of the tool.

Indemnification

The practitioner agrees to indemnify Inbar Bareket (White Window Art), the operator of the site, against any claim, damage, expense, or loss, including reasonable legal costs and attorney’s fees, arising in connection with the practitioner’s use of the tool, the treatment they provided, a formula they recommended or gave to a client, or a breach of these terms.
