המדיניות הזאת מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף ב-shmanim.com ובאפליקציית AromaArt, למה, כמה זמן הוא נשמר ומה הזכויות שלכם. הכלי מיועד למטפלים ולמטפלות מוסמכים.This policy explains what information is collected on shmanim.com and in the AromaArt app, why, how long it is kept, and what your rights are. The tool is intended for certified practitioners.
מה נאסףWhat we collect
- בהרשמה: כתובת מייל, סיסמה, עיסוק ומוסד לימודים. אצלנו נשמר גם מונה הפורמולות שנוצרו בחשבון.On sign-up: an email address, a password, your occupation and your training institution. We also keep the count of formulas created in the account.
- בשאלון: השאלון שואל על פרטים אישיים (למשל שם משפחה, גיל, מין, גובה ומשקל), על נושאי הטיפול, על הרובד הרגשי ועל מידע רפואי (הריון והנקה, מחלות רקע, תרופות ורגישויות). תשובות השאלון מעובדות ליצירת הפורמולה ולא נשמרות בשרת.In the questionnaire: the questionnaire asks about personal details (for example last name, age, gender, height and weight), the concerns being treated, the emotional layer, and medical information (pregnancy and breastfeeding, underlying conditions, medications and sensitivities). The answers are processed to create the formula and are not stored on the server.
- בשליחת משוב: שם, תחום טיפול, ניסיון, שימוש בכלי, דירוגים והערות חופשיות על הפורמולות והשאלון, ומייל לקבלת ההטבה. נבקש לא לכלול בהערות פרטים מזהים של מטופלים.When you send feedback: name, field of practice, experience, use of the tool, ratings and free-text comments about the formulas and the questionnaire, and an email address for receiving the benefit. We ask that you do not include identifying details of patients in your comments.
- בדפדפן שלכם נשמרות העדפת השפה ופרטי ההתחברות לחשבון (סשן), כדי שלא תצטרכו להתחבר שוב בכל ביקור.Your browser stores your language preference and your account login session, so that you do not have to sign in again on every visit.
מידע רגיש: השאלון כולל שאלות על בריאות. זה מידע רגיש לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות.Sensitive information: the questionnaire includes questions about health. This is sensitive information under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
למה המידע נאסףWhy we collect it
- להכנת פורמולה: המידע משמש לחישוב פורמולת שמנים אתריים מותאמת אישית, על ידי מנוע ממוחשב שפותח על ידי ענבר ברקת.To create a formula: the information is used to calculate a personalized essential-oil formula, using a computerized engine developed by Inbar Bareket.
- לבטיחות: מידע על הריון, הנקה, מחלות רקע, תרופות ורגישויות משמש לסינון שמנים שאינם מתאימים.For safety: information about pregnancy, breastfeeding, underlying conditions, medications and sensitivities is used to filter out unsuitable oils.
- לניהול החשבון ולשיפור הכלי: מייל וסיסמה לכניסה, ומשוב מטפלים להערכה ולשיפור המנוע.To manage the account and improve the tool: email and password for signing in, and practitioner feedback to evaluate and improve the engine.
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע לצד שלישי, ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום או לשיווק ללא הסכמה מפורשת.We do not sell information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing without explicit consent.
מי רואה את המידעWho sees it
- ענבר ברקת, מפעילת הכלי, רואה את פרטי החשבונות (מייל, תאריך הרשמה, עיסוק ומוסד לימודים) ואת המשוב שנשלח. היא לא רואה את תשובות השאלון, כי הן אינן נשמרות.Inbar Bareket, who operates the tool, sees account details (email, sign-up date, occupation, training institution) and the feedback that was sent. She does not see the questionnaire answers, because they are not stored.
- Supabase: אחסון חשבונות ומשוב.Supabase: storage of accounts and feedback.
- Netlify: אירוח האתר ופונקציות המנוע.Netlify: hosting of the site and the engine functions.
- Brevo: שליחת מיילים. מייל ההרשמה (כולל העיסוק ומוסד לימודים) ותוכן המשוב נשלחים לענבר בהתראה.Brevo: sending email. The sign-up email address (with occupation and training institution) and the content of feedback are sent to Inbar as a notification.
- Google Fonts: טעינת גופנים. בעת הטעינה כתובת ה-IP שלכם עשויה להישלח לגוגל.Google Fonts: loading fonts. When they load, your IP address may be sent to Google.
השרתים של הספקים נמצאים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן המידע המאוחסן אצלם עובר לחו"ל.The providers' servers are located outside Israel, so information stored with them is transferred abroad.
מטפלים ומטפלות שמזינים באפליקציה מידע על מטופלים אחראים לקבל מהם הסכמה לכך.Practitioners who enter information about their clients in the app are responsible for obtaining the clients' consent.
כמה זמן המידע נשמרHow long we keep it
- תשובות השאלון: מעובדות ליצירת הפורמולה ולא נשמרות בשרת.Questionnaire answers: processed to create the formula and not stored on the server.
- משוב: נשמר עד 12 חודשים מהשליחה.Feedback: kept for up to 12 months from submission.
- חשבון (מייל, עיסוק, מוסד לימודים ומונה פורמולות): נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל, ונמחק תוך 12 חודשים מהשימוש האחרון או לפי בקשה.Account (email, occupation, training institution and formula counter): kept as long as the account is active, and deleted within 12 months of last use or on request.
עוגיות ומעקבCookies and tracking
אין באתר כלי אנליטיקס ואין עוגיות מעקב או פרסום.The site has no analytics tools and no tracking or advertising cookies.

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, יש לכם זכות:Under the Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
- לעיין במידע ששמרנו עליכם.review the information we hold about you.
- לבקש לתקן מידע שאינו מדויק.ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
- לבקש למחוק את המידע. ייתכן שנשמור מידע מינימלי הנדרש לפי דין.ask us to delete your information. We may keep the minimum information required by law.

החיבור לאתר מוצפן (HTTPS). אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, ולכן מומלץ לבחור סיסמה חזקה ולשמור עליה.The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so we recommend choosing a strong password and keeping it safe.
